My review of the AYO glasses, the Luminette 3 and the Beurer TL35 / TL95 light therapy lamp: what do these products actually deliver?

A light therapy enthusiast for several years now, I'm sharing my honest take on lamps and glasses here, based on my personal experience, daily use, and everything I've learned along the way. I used the Beurer lamp for several years and the Luminette for several months. These aren't the opinions of a random tester jumping from one product to another with no real experience.
